The food is supplied by The Salvation Army. |
Curfew (variable or set) | Variable Curfew- 10:00 p.m. for the first seven days, 12:00 Midnight Weekdays and 1:00 a.m. Weekends thereafter, with the approval of the Parole Office. |
Weekend pass system | Weekend Pass System is based on The National Parole Board Decision, 1 weekend for the first month, 2 weekends for the second month, 3 weekends on the third month and 4 weekends on the 4th Month. |
House rules in brief/expectations regarding behaviour/participation in program | All residents are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the house, and each resident is given a copy of those rules and regulations upon arrival. Residents who have or have had issues around substance abuse will be expected to participate in the Substance Abuse Treatment Program or the Substance Abuse Relapse Prevention Program. All residents are expected to meet with their assigned in-house counsellor a minimum of once per week. |
Description of typical resident | Any resident who has completed all institutional programs and release plans and has had little or no difficulty within the institution and who has the support of their Case Management Team will be considered for residency. All residents will be considered on an individual basis. |
